I am a South African-born illustrator and children’s author currently drawing in Leiden, Netherlands. After earning my BA in Visual Art from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2014, I explored various creative sectors before finding my true home in the world of children’s illustration.
I am the creator of the "Little Chick" series, published by Imagnary House. My style is defined by a playful, whimsical energy and a healthy sprinkle of humour. I firmly believe almost anything looks better with a smiley face, and I have a particular soft spot for drawing "creepy crawlies" with character.
While my portfolio spans picture books, character illustration, surface patterns, and illustrated birth announcements, I am eager to expand my horizons into board books, children’s puzzles, and non-fiction projects.
